Michael Jordan was interviewed by Ahmad Rashad recently about who his dream foursome would entail (if he was included in the four) and President Obama isn't getting an invite.

"I've never played with Obama but I would," said Jordan. "But no, that's okay, I'd take him out. He's a hack, it would be all day playing with him.

"Don't worry about it," said Jordan. "I never said he wasn't a great politician, I'm just saying he's a sh---- golfer."

Of all the more than 200 rounds of golf Barack Obama has played as president, his outing on Saturday will probably prove to be a highlight: Teeing it up with New York Yankees great Derek Jeter.

Obama's foursome included Jeter, Brian Greenspun, who is owner of the Las Vegas Sun, and businessman and Democratic donor Stephen Cloobeck.

They played at Shadow Creek Golf Club, an exclusive course owned by MGM Resorts International.

Jeter retired from the Yankees in September after a Hall of Fame career. His golf game will likely need some improvement. A 2006 Golf Digest ranking of athletes who play golf put Jeter's handicap at a pedestrian 30.

Obama stayed in the Las Vegas area after delivering a speech about his immigration policy at a high school on Friday. He returns to Washington on Sunday.

.....vacationing this week in Oahu, Obama and Najib teed off Wednesday on a cloudy but balmy afternoon at a Marine Corps base, not far from where Obama is renting a home for his two-week stay. The two leaders seemed at ease together, smiling and laughing in casual clothes as they sized up their shots.

So all the way back on page 1 from 2010, I said I thought it was ridiculous to think the job of President was so all-encompassing that there was no room for leisure time and I still feel that way, but:

In his first 32 days as President, Trump has golfed six different times — including, according to The New York Times, a 27-hole outing with Japan Prime Minster Shinzo Abe last week at two different Trump courses.

 Even being US president isn't a 24/7 job, but considering Obama's golf schedule was such a hot button topic for the right - and trump himself- wondering how Trumptards will pretend this is a case of false equivalency.

I agree with your overall point.  

Not sure I believe everyone wants prosperity for all citizens.  There are factions who like to divide the country along racial and income lines and pit people against each other.  There was one person who hasn't posted in a little while who was telling me on the board how much money was enough for people to earn or retain.  Tim Fogarty?  He disappeared after the election.
