That makes no sense. People propose laws for a variety of reasons, which could include religious or secular reasons. The origination of those reasons doesn't really matter. What matters is whether the policy proposal is sound.
And what does whether or not the Bible, Koran, Book of Mormon, etc. being proved true have to do with the price of tea in China? You cannot prove faith-based teachings and beliefs.
