are those your calves? if yes then you got damn good potential for some bigass calves, coz you got long calf muscle bellies
yes they are mine they have always been very small compared to my quadricep
i did today about 5 sets of standing calf raises start with 1 plate on each side of machine to failure (slow down pause at bottom to cancel elastic energy of the tendon) then add weight thru the sets, last 2 sets with 2 plates each side to failure
maybe at one point when strength is higher for more weight it will work
