This six meals a day is a crock pushed by the supplement companies.
It worked for me when I was in my 20's and 30's, but I was also working out 6 days/wk. The metabolism slows as you age and getting fat is too easy. Now I eat 2 meals on off days and 3-4 meals on workout days. Carb and calorie management is the key. Fuck the cardio.
