It means “judges are blind”

The way I see it is that all of the top 5 bodybuilders were in great condition and Silvio was the most conditioned competitor.   However, he deserved his 5th place rightly, all of Kai, Victor, Branch & Toney are ahead of him.  If he really wants to place among the top 3 in such a big show he had better work more on his back for more width and thickness, bringing up the calves & better biceps peak.

Don't know about the peak comment. His biceps are fulla dn round. Levrone never suffered for his lack of peaks. Calves are a fair point. And IMO he lacks width because of his tiny frame.
