Have the Westside Barbell reverse hyper.  Best thing ever for back pain, and adding weight to your squat and deadlift, and development of the gluteus, hams, and lower back.

It's the one thing I miss not going to the local gym (HHF GYM)... Walter White, you still go there?

I may make one for my Power Rack, some really good DIY plans online. I dont have room in my house shack for a real one...

I might buy one eventually. But I've used one before; and I was not a fan of the foot strap. Plus the one that I used would creak a lot.

The new models look much sturdier.

Been doing these for years.

Strengthening your lower back is one of the most important aspects of training.

HAHA  nothing bro…not intentionally Im just usually too lazy/burnt out by the end of my workouts to do them. They're pretty underdeveloped :-\…I regret it because Im reasonably lean,   if I trained them consistently  Id look way better with the shirt off.

 ;D

If I do 20 reps of hyperextensions, I do 2 x 20 reps of crunches. It is good for the  muscle balance. First 20 crunches I do straight, next 20 with twisting side to side. I usually do 5 sets of hyperextensions, so there is also lot of crunches to do..

Here is nice crunch- bench:

I do think that the reverse hyper is a little overrated.
