the thing is... i really believe that i can gain muscle while losing fat at the same time, but in order to do so i need to take my cals up a bit

fuck! i actually gained muscle while losing fat on bout 2500 cals per day some years back, and i was even a natty at that point in time

i guess what i can do is finish this goddamn fucking diet and then go up to 2500 cals per day and see if i can go back to gaining muscle while losing fat

Thats about right maybe 2700 just a bit above maintenance you will gain better on a bit over maintenance but I would not bulk up unless you want to stay that way because all you have to do is lose it again a viscious cycle.

'some yrs back'u said it ur older and lost some time not training like u should have,,making up for lost time...thats whats good about human body it goes back if it gets stimulated again,,,

i'm talking going from 170 @ 7% to 175 @ 5% ;)

gaining roughly 8 pounds of lean muscle tissue while LOSING roughly 3 pounds of bodyfat ALL AT THE SAME TIME, and YES.... IT CAN BE DONE ;)

but this shit stems from childhood and my macho uncles calling me a "weak fag" and that i'm not good enough and that kinda shit

maybe it a symptom of narcissism, as i sure as hell am a narcissist

and on a side note i see these ugly, fat toady pollocks walking around all proud and arrogant and i think to myself... "how the fuck do these goddamn toads have this confidence? they look like absolute horseshit" ??? ??? ??? LOL!

It's good being a little hard on yourself man....if we weren't we'd never progress. Just a friendly competition to keep us both motivated to lean out a bit. After this when you go back to gaining mode you will respond better than had you stayed at the same bf level.
