Really I think the problem is people think about losing weight and get to caught up in the big goal, try 5 pounds first. Cut out carbs and fat after 6 pm and increase your water. Up your normal workout pace and load by only 5% for a week or two and then after you get the first 5 down drop your goal by 5 more and increase you effort that way you only are working small steps and not getting frustraited that you want to drop 35 lbs and it will take 2-3 months. Plus you can use us here, keep a weekly report going to the rest of us (pm if you don't want everyone to know) as a way to keep yourself honest and motivated.

Or think of our sisterhood chapter while doing cardio it always helps me.

All good advice... and you might want to start by cutting down on the calzone.  :)

Plus I find a visual always helps as an inspiration to reach your goal...

I just make sure it's good, nutritious food to begin with. I will indulge in junk occassionally, but it's a rarity.
