Miggy do you think scrambled eggs must be made with cream, as the French insist, or are you less of a purist and will accept milk. Also, do you prefer to cook your scrambled eggs slowly over very low heat, or do you advocate medium heat and just pour a little milk/cream in at the end to keep them from getting too dry?

are you kidding he makes them with cream..oreo cream from stellas cookies. plus 3 sides of bacon, plus a shot glass full of bacon grease, a whole loaf of bread 2 pounds of butter and 3 pounds of jelly, and a diet coke...

actually when i make scramble eggs i rarely add cream or milk. I have done it with both and even added a touch of water when in a pinch. I generally also cook them over lower heat. I don't like my scrambled eggs to get dry so i normally cut the heat a little early and let any carry over cooking time do it's thing.

i have to budget my calories, hence the diet coke. It's all about the calorie management!

Why would the ability to cook make any man the perfect husband? My wife has an aunt that was married to a physically abusive turd that's a professional chef.
