are you kidding he makes them with cream..oreo cream from stellas cookies. plus 3 sides of bacon, plus a shot glass full of bacon grease, a whole loaf of bread 2 pounds of butter and 3 pounds of jelly, and a diet coke...:)

actually when i make scramble eggs i rarely add cream or milk.  I have done it with both and even added a touch of water when in a pinch.  I generally also cook them over lower heat.  I don't like my scrambled eggs to get dry so i normally cut the heat a little early and let any carry over cooking time do it's thing.

i have to budget my calories, hence the diet coke. It's all about the calorie management!
