We had a chance in the 3rd.........until that fumble and TF return at the 1. :'( Oh well, at least we beat up the defense somemore. Knocked Dawkins out of the game and Smith still hasn't thrown an interception.

I think Dawkins knocked himself out after another round of "how many times does it take to get in from the one yard line..."

Oh hell yes it feels good to be backj on the winning side...:)

I really thought we had a chance until that Gore fumble because at that thpoint in the 3rd, we had the total yds. at -5. ;D
But still my boy Smith threw no ints. He did take 2 sacks though. Can't be more delighted than just 3 sacks compared to the 3 sacks per game he was taking last year.

Thought Smith looked really good all things considered. He moved well in the pocket and threw to the dump off when pressured, all and all not bad.

We're a couple of players away of being a legitimate playoff team. Although we have a decent pass rush, we need some beast to just corrupt the opponents O line and a great shut dwon corner like DeAngelo Hall. On O we need a great possesion receiver to compliment Bryant. On with the season though.

Thanks DeeDee. I s'pose it would help if I understood the game, ...but all I know about football is the game consists of this wierd shaped ball (that wobbles when you try to throw it) that you're trying to get over some line.  And that all the players have really cute little tushies that get alot of pats by the other players, ...but only if they can get the ball across the line. Maybe that's why they're so eager to get the ball across the line, ...so they can get their tushie patted, and pat the other guys tushie right back? ???
