i forgot what you do.  I remeber when i worked in an office.  I hated to count down to the EOD after lunch.  3 pm was the worst cuz the last two hours seemed the lonest

10 years in the backwoods of vermonts only hardcore gym(and it even had running water)
i have faithfully read and monitored the sight for the last day, and can see that you could use a sargeant in the ranks to look after people, and hell you alwqays need another brother you can never have enough

yeah thats nice but are you funny or have good stories or take the good natured ribbing from the group? What sets you apart from the normal rabble? what do you bring to the table beside being a hard core rabid weightlifter?

the other day at the gym there was this guuy at the gym trying to do squats (i've seen chickens with bigger legs) he was in the rack and had set a bar above and below the barbell was only doing maybe 200 lbs, the damn fool went up then just dropped he had to try and roll UNDER THE BAR held up by a couple of plates to get out of the rack, me and my bro were on the floor laughing so hard
literally we just dropped to a knee
