I'm trying to set up a website for real estate. So i'm wondering what features you would like that you haven't found on other sites when you where looking for homes. currently, i have some ideas, like linking satellite photos, like from google, as well as a local resources board.

1. Link to sexual preditators search site.
2. tax info
3. Crime info
4. Mapquest
5. any home owner associations or boards attached to buying the house
6. maybe some links to movers you have used
7. Listing of local telephone/gas/electric/trash/sewage/ect

Remember to use direct mail, benefits driven techniques and copy... please don't use reverse type as it is hard to read and annoying. Include naked photo of yourself next to your bio.
