i think if soda didn't have so much carbonation it would be fine but as much as i hate the bloated feeling i love my soda unfortunately i have to stay away from it

Soda doesn't do anything to replenish the body's need for water... so the more you drink of it, the more thirsty you get.  Plus, Miggy's diabetic... he shouldn't be drinking that crap.  >:(
