Well the 80lb is off of course but not 60lb, In fact 60lb just fat and water and with no juice he may lose muscle,but we are talking contest conditioning here.

 The rule of thumb for a 220lb off-season is 40 lb from your first visible line in your abs, he is 20lb away from this stage.

I would say he has 40lb of fat and 20lb of water to get rid of and he will also lose muscle if he drops below 8% naturally.

40lbs over for poor Jason to be in 'decent' contest condition is a gross understatement. Not that Jason will make it that far under the "coaching" of BJ, something will happen within the 8 week mark where there'll be a parting of this unholy alliance.

Also someone on high carbs cant get below 20%.

no you fuck face, there are many ways of getting there, you can get to 5% eating 500 grams of carbs a day if you want to spend all day doing cardio. i am saying this is the simplest way cause you are not paying for the same real estate twice
