Yea, well when I last saw him at the Olympia Expo 2016, he looked like a short little old man who was stone deaf. That is a look to aspire to.

He was what, 74 at that time?  He looks pretty good and not only for his age.  I have seen plenty of men at half his age that look like toilet boas.

Frank deteriorated in recent years. Quite a surprise to me because I thought he tried to keep his physique in reasonable shape.

I train in a gym with this 74 year old who is in amazing shape. I know he is a huge exception to the masses. Trains naturally. Has a young man's voice and trains really hard. Physically, facially, and everything else you wouldn't know this guy is over 50. Just a hard working freak of nature. Lifts really hard with heavy weights.

Without steroids in his prime he would probably be 165lbs to 170lbs ripped. Having said that he is one of the greatest pro steroid guys of all time. Don't forget he competed in 1980 weighing 183 at 5'9".  He looked amazing.

I always one of his poses looked a bit gay. The one where he kind of twists his knee in like a girl. But yes, good physique and example of steroids only (+diuretics for posing).

Would be interesting to see some Zyzz / Zane side by side comparisons if anyone can post.
