The diet probably is nothing special if anything close to Ronnies plan in his DVD "Relentless". The drug stack however i'd love to see. I remember in MD that Chad's offseason program had "phases" that lasted a few months each and lead all the way up to a show, offseason on up to precontest with a break of 2-3 months at the end. I think Ronnies program started in February and went all the way up to the olympia and he had his break of 3 months at the end.

I hope he's right about Dennis looking better than Jay, but Chad has proven to be totally full of shit over the years. He thought Ronnie was going to win the Olympia last year...after seeing his pics every couple of weeks. The whole "Dennis is better than anyone I've ever worked with" line....what the hell is that Chad? Ronnie won for 8 years straight. Chad reminds me of Drew Rosenhaus with about 1/1,000,000th of the money.
