Pushups, Dips, and Chins

anyway, pushups qualify as hands slightly wider than shoulder width, back straight, touch chest (or nose) on floor

dips must go upper arm parallel to ground or deeper

chins are wide, overhand grip, no leg-swinging or pumping, and chin must get above bar

i think this covers the form, feel free to add anything i left out, as a form-constant is important for the integrity of the results
