yes.  I tried to find a vid of just the clip, but the quote I have above is word for word in the clip.

I just watched some of it, was he shown again ?  because I didn't hear him say it in the first part.

So Right wing Glenn Beck is accusing the left of planning to stage a terrorist attack so that Obama can connect with the American people like Clinton did with Oklahoma?
