Dear CSWOL,

Recently I was at the gym attempting to get myself out of twink status.  As I was going for 20 reps on bench with my max of 155lbs (20% over bodyweight) I was reminded of your youtube video and the impressive feat of strength.  I asked a fellow gym member for a spot and during my set he grabbed the bar and made me rack it saying that my form was horrible.  I mentioned that I was at the gym to "shut it down" and move the weight and grow.  He walked away laughing.

What would you do?
