Most people wouldn't expect to "grow wings" from a can of Red Bull and suing them for an ok product (?) that you yourself buy and enjoy seems a bit petty to me.  :-\

I'm not a fan of filling out random forms on the internet that gather your name, address etc.

Another thing to consider is that even if it's legit, the settlement won't be decided upon until March 2015.
