yep he's an animal, shoulder presses in the rack from the bottom with 405, gets underneath station wagons on hydraulic platforms and half squats them, 275 pound one arm rows, a SLOW 540 pound barbell incline, the man is a beast plain and simple.

he did at one point, but hoornstra's gottedn 605 and unless i'm mistaken nick winters has done over 600 as well.

still, if the only people beating you on the incline are the two of the three strongest raw benchers on the planet, i'd say he's doing all right!
