Definitely something I've been taking a lot more pride in lately. Weekends I run in the morning, bike ride in the afternoon, and train after. Running around 5-6k. Sprinting 1 min and walking 1. Biking I guess maybe 20 miles (weather permitting), then weight training an hour. Weight train and cardio is a permanent fixture in my 7 day routine. If there is any advice I would give to someone starting it is to focus just as much on cardio as bodybuilding. I feel like I'm 20
