Well Denise absolutely shaved back in the early 90's. I saw her daily and we were good friends.

It's funny, the dude/Denise in the pic only has facial hair in the area that always caused female bodybuilders problems, the chin and upper lip area. Even on high dosages of androgrens most girls didn't get a full beard. Sadly the whiskered area in the mug shot fits that perfectly. I'm still not 100% that this is Denise but I've got really bad vibes.

According to documents obtained on Tuesday, December 24th, 2013, Texas officials have charged Denise Rutkowski of 51 years age.

Official Texas public records obtained by Tex Arrests indicate that the woman, Rutkowski, was busted on Monday, December 23rd, 2013. She has allegedly been charged with one offense. Interestingly, when Tex Arrests conducted a background check for Denise Rutkowski, we located zero possible previous arrests for Rutkowski.

Rutkowski, DOB 8/7/1962, was described as a woman of 51 years age. Few other details of the event have been released at this time.

I have seen many bodybuilders, male or female. In my opinion, this woman had perfect genetics for this sport. There are few males or females who were born for this and I believe Denise is one of them. She is in a bad place right now but at one time she was a very beautiful woman.
