here's an actual response from me without trying to rip you...can you believe it.  Here's one thing you're gonna want to do.  On most of you're movements especially the chest movements I think you have you're reps set up like this:

110*6RP

the reps are too low.  I try not to go below 12 reps on anything.   The main reason I say this is because you have to be able to control the negative.  Remember it's a nice slow negative and if you're only doing 6 reps you ain't controlling jack.  You're RP set should go something like this 110*7*3*2.

haha never though I would get any feedback from you but it is welcome! The reason why I am using the lighter weights is because I am controlling the  negative. Its about 3 seconds down. About the 110 pound dumbells for 6 reps its not Rest Paused! I give everything I got to get past 5 reps and then the sixth was crazzy as hell! After 15 deep breaths I couldn't get it back up again so I did some quarter reps from the begining. I don't train with a parther either.

Going to the gym right now for 120 pound flats and gonna try my darness to get some resp pauses out of them..

Lower the weight and up the reps..no less than 12 reps for anything.  don't worry about the ego, your weight will go up.  Just try to increase you're reps so you start with 80*12 with a nice slow negative, next workout 80*15 then up it to 90 and so on.  When your reps get too high-18 reps-up the weight.  so if you start off with the 80's and you get 15 on you're first workout next time try the 90's, when you get to a weight that you can do only do 12 on Rest paused that's when the work will begin.

Today I felt drained I have really low carb day and only had about 30-40g before the workout. I am going to go for higher reps.. but I think the heavier you go the bigger your muscles will get. So I will stay with the same weights but work my weight up in reps from workout to workout. thanks

I'm going off memory but I think you need to up the reps on the calf movements also...remember 15 second stretch, explosive positives and a good 5 second negative...again shoot for 12-15 reps so your calves will really burn.
