I saw him a couple times a year ago. It was not at a fitness event of any sort. This to me is not really him. When he talks to regular folk, he's as normal as any ordinary person. Just dresses a little different. He doesn't seem big anymore but extremely lean. Probably much healthier. Was very friendly and polite to everyone. Almost a little quiet compared to this loud personality displayed in this video.

Interesting.. I first saw the Barbarians in the early 80's in the movie DC Cab, and they didn't have wigs, and had thick full heads of hair with no thinning at all. I've never seen a pic of them were they have thinning hair so bad they need wigs.
