Easy to bench heavy when it's 8 inches from shoulder to finger tip. Tiny man
Bullshit, either you can do it or you can't. For person that small (I'm guessing he weighs no more than 160) 225 x 3 is impressive as hell.
It's physics. Shorter arms = advantage on bench press. If Kevin Hart is 6 4" and not 5 4", at the 160 pounds, he doesn't bench this. Hope this helps.http://mmafighterreview.radculture.com/2012/bench-press-physics/
He's #140-150 according to his bio. He was able to knock out an easy triple, so his true 1 rep is probably around #240-250 or 170% (give or take a few pounds) of bodyweight, that's impressive for anyone minus upper level competitive lifters.
There are so many things you're discounting it's not even funny. Don't challenge me on this even if you post a hundred links.
Dumb concept that short arm thing. Getting it off your chest is the hard part in a bench, long or short arms have nothing to do with that, only weaklings use that analogy.Youre either strong or youre not...
