The old ideal was for the calves, arms, and neck to match in size. I'd say 18ish is the beginning of big neckdom, with 19-20" being huge.

My old friends Tommy Wishbone and Keith Jones had the thickest necks I have ever seen. I wish I had a thicker neck like those dudes.... just seems something very alpha male about a thick neck and traps....

Not true... Keith had a very solid physique when he was powerlifting.... he put on a lot of weight after the spider bite Laid him up..... but he has lost most of that weight now. Why do you guys always have to bust on Keith? I don't get it?
I know the personal trainer/nutritionist of Sly Stallone (Rehan Jahali) and he told me Sly had pics of him and Keith up in his personal gym from the movie "Over the Top". Pretty cool if you ask me?

It's more like over 100lbs. You can't blame the guy for reminiscing about the past.... damn the guy worked with some top Hollywood people in the 80's and 90's? Now he is doing product placement in Hollywood for top TV shows like "2 and a Half Men", "Desperate Housewifes",NCI Miami, etc,etc ..... there's money to be made in that job!
