i would have got rid of that big piece of shit a long time ago...but my fiance loves it....even though she has to stand on shit to get in it...

she has her 2006 mustang gt that i built for her....but like the rest of my projects, it got out of hand...and can only run on premium at the minimum(race tune is 118 octane)...and she forgets sometimes and fills up with regular......you cant fuck up diesel so it actually for the best that she drives the big truck...

That silly wheel roller with the handle for abs, immediately into kb swings into kb clean and presses into kb one legged deadlifts........oh brother. 3 sets

have you ever used a chuck norris total gym?


there is a pull over movement you can do on that thing that woks the abs better than anything i have ever used....i bought one just because of that 1 movement....i use it to warm up with on some days too..
