Lol....they are a recent addition...155 for a few reps is as high as I've gone on barbell, db's I've gone up to 130. Just need to work on bbell technique.

smith machine squat feet together 3 sets
walking lunges weighted walked 12 steps per leg
extensions 4 sets 12 reps per leg last set dropped weight 15 reps
hams
stiff leg deadlift 145,185,225 reps 10-12 usually do 275 last set beat and too pumped
seated leg curl 3 sets
calves
leg press toe press off bottom sled 3 sets
seated calf extension 3 sets
