LOL. Running and using weights, 2 different things. Pretty sore this am, but I have to start using weights. I'm prepping for a half ironman in August and have 6 halfs and one full to do before that. I'll be sick after 70.3 miles I have to do..

for bi's curl/with hammer superset or hammer turning dumbell sideways towards body
tris overhead rope extension /reverse pulldown with bar.or regular tri pushdown.

Interesting. Think I'll give this combo. a try. This is the first time I've ever tried supersetting anything so it's completely foreign to me.

Log Clean/Presses

BF there are tons of ss moves you can do, what kind of equipment do you have access to? Do you just want something for arms?

Not much in terms of machine. Got the bicep curl machine, tricep pressdown and that reverse curl one. That's about it. Lots of free weights, though.

lol guess again.  this fellla just liek lier herris and norton.   This mean americano would be 6% at 184 which I tell you 100x is impossible without hormona

Actually, how tall are you?   10% at 190 is excellent.

6'1 so it's nothing impressive. I'm a lanky fuck.  ;D

At the end of my cut I was hovering right around 182 and, according GH15, veins running up and down your abs puts you in the 6-7% range. So I'm just guesstimating ~10% as I've still some veins in the abs. Who knows, though. Veins running up the abs and I still had a bit of pooch and love handles so it's probably higher.
