I got a little competition going with a kid at the gym, we're both on the 130# db right now for a single. Its a different exercise, especially when you go for reps.

130 is way strong.

Yes on reps - anything over 5 stinks....

Smith bench press 4 sets 8-10 reps

Calves:

Cybex rotary 5 sets 15 reps
