I actually meant to compliment you on the lift but yes, your hair looked acceptable there. I actually buzzed mine two weeks ago. Makes me feel naked.  






















Sad to see how much you've lost in the last year. What'd your cycle look like for that comp?   :D

I weighed exactly 200lbs for that comp. You're probably bigger than me now.

I've changed my training in the last couple of years. More mobile and explosive. Was doing too much weights, not enough speed work.

I think you've still got me. I've been wanting to make the switch to the same thing. Been running 3-4 miles 3-4x a week for the last few months now, among other things. Starting to bring sprints into it, too. Been eating ultra strict during the week, which I believe has helped me to not really lose any muscle but I'm probably not any bigger than I was in the last pic I posted.

Looking to give Wendel's 5-3-1 powerlifting routine a shot starting next week to switch things up.

oh and

Single arm reverse hammer pulldowns 2 x 10

s/set: Wide grip cable rows/ reverse grip pulldowns 2 x 10

Hammer single arm row 2 x 10

Reverse bent row 2 x drop sets

Rack Pulls 10 - 8 - 5 plus 4 rest pauses.

Cardio: Treadmill High incline 30 mins - have had an injury so just happy to be back training  :)

I know the organizer of the event NZMM did - what you refer to is dead wood  :)
