Deadlifts:  5 x 5

Circuit 5 consecutive sets, no rest between each exercise, 45-1 min rest sec rest after lunge:
20 push up
20 sit up
20 KB swings
20 walking lunge
20 battle rope per arm

3 x giant set x 10 rep:
DB Row / face pull / inverted later

Run easy 1 mile on treadmill @ 8 min mile

Delts huge

DB presses - got reps with DBs over 100lbs for first time since surgery last Feb....

40 sprints of 20 sec @ 10 mph.....15 sec rest, various incline.....need a faster treadmill.

1 mile speed ruck in 11:35

Swimming is great cardio.


...Man when I was a kid I was lucky enough to have access to a pool or a lake and I'd be swimming all day most of the summer.
now 2 laps in a pool and I'm outta breath.
