Just chest.

Can't do chest with back anymore - not properly, anyway.
Much better intensity and focus this way.

Also, it really helps doing chest on TUESDAY, as Monday is traditionally "chest day" in the entire continental U.S. and Virgin Islands. I had almost no "competition."

Ramping back up running SUCKS.   Anyone who claims they're staying in decent shape lifting weights is fooling themselves.
