40-50 sets per workout. 90mins long. Heavy at start, lighter towards the end with more reps.

i remember those days where i would do that shit, its better to just use all that power to fuck all the time then relax and watch movies

thats what worked best for you?

By far. I done low volume 'heavy' etc just continuously getting stronger and bigger now.

 Of course when you are on gear like some of the guys in this thread are, you can get away with a lot more volume. It changes things.

 For me, lifting weights doesn't consume all my energy, it energizes me. I feel drained for about 30 minutes after lifting but after eating and resting a little bit I feel liek it hasn't even phased me.
