I think we should have an Awards thread for 2005. I have come up with a few categories. I think some of you can think of some more. Maybe we can limit them to 30 categories. Once we have them to what we want, we can start voting. It will be kind of fun.

That's 235 pounds at 7%. Probably lose more due to water if he's competing.

In true contest shape, IMO Mike would be less then 240. I mean being shredded, not just lean. It's all good to work the numbers, but one must account for the inevitable loss of lean mass, which would then require a greater loss of bodyfat to achieve the low bodyfat % goal. Meaning that if he is estimated at 20% at 270 - meaning he has 216lbs of lean mass - one should not assume he would have 216 lbs of lean mass at the end of a stringent contest diet. He might - yeah - but chances are there will be a reduction of lean mass.
