i think im starting to look decent. right lat is a bit smaller than my left, and i need to lose some more fat, put on some tricep and shoulder mass.....

lol. um..idk i think it was about 5 hours after a shoulder workout, and a half hour before an ab workout.

looking good...make sure to 'squeeze' and pump as much blood as you can into that chest during your workouts
