Well, on hight at least ::) His first visit to Norway. Met him two days in a row and talked to him for a long time both days. He was very cool and easy to have a conversation with. Still a very solid build @ 60yo!

Levrone's build is probably in my top 3, for sure. His insertions and flow were something else at his peak. Considering how half arsed he was, I always wonder what he could have built if he had Dorian's level of commitment...

It's intredasting, isn't it? That you could more or less split retired Pros into those that have been able to move down completely - Dorian, Levrone, etc and those like Branch and even Heath and Cutler - all of which still look pretty juiced

Levrone we lost everything when he would go off cycle. Probably healthier going 100% clean for a break. Levrone would look like he never lifted in his life though. I think that's how a lot of the guys in the 70's and 80's guys did it. Juice hard for 3 months then go completely clean. Now it seems it's a wheel barrel full of crap then take a shoe box full off contest cycle.
