Some favs are Goat, cheddar, smoked gouda (melted), cream, bleu/gorg, feta etc...

My fav right now is one that is a cheddar but there are some herbs, garlic and white wine in it...VERY good.

Have you EVER had feta sprinkled in a Greek salad or any salad for that matter?  Or what about sprinkled on a hot tomato dish - even pizza?

Yes I used to date a Greek girl, still almost threw up on feta. Its just some things you will never like, another one for me is tomatoes. I like Catsup and Pasta sauce but cant eat a raw tomatoe. I guess I'm a weird mofo. 8)

i don't like sun dried tomatoes even though i will/can cook with them.  Not big on warm tomaot slices on burgers etc.  raw i have no problem with.
