- UP TO AND INCLUDING 180 CM CATEGORY maximum body weight = body height [cm] minus 100 + 6 kg (Example: A competitor, who is 180 cm tall, may weigh not more than 86 kg)
Just measured my height and I am 178 cm not 180
So max on stage weight pour moi is 84 kg
Any leg training tips?
