It means that, as we said earlier, killing Bin Laden would give Obama a temporary bounce that would last, at best, a month.

Before Bin Laden got shot, Obama's approval rating was 45% or less. 4-5 weeks after he got shot (despite all those liberals claiming Obama was a lock for 2012), he's right back to around 45% or less.
