They are good, no doubt
With me though, elbows can't take it too much anymore, no more drop sets etc.... with this exercise, but back in the day these were a staple with weighted dips

skull crushers should be the last exercise in your routine that way they put less stress on the elbows.

Only exercise when I fully feel my triceps working. nothing comes close to it. I tend to do it flat, not declined though.
