Eryks a good guy, I see and talk to him quite often at Golds Huntington Beach!! Seems to be strong as hell, check out his lifts on his site

He came to our booth at the Olympia to do the bench for reps competition.  He took the 325 lbs (3 pps + the collars which were 5 lbs each) and got either 13 or 14 reps with it.  He is a strong bencher especially for his weight.

Eryk has been judging NPC shows, working as a trainer as he always has and also getting ready for the Iron Man Pro. I just saw him yesterday at a show. And yes the guy can lift very heavy and as well he is a very devoted, professional and positive bodybuilder.
