gronk, my arm is 42.5 cm which is much smaller than yours but if you reach my BF% i am sure yours will be smaller than mine.. you never posted any pic. showing separation in your bi or your tri!!.. you are the bag of fats and not the great nasser.. even if nasser's BF% is high now, this doesnt take anything from his greatness because he has nothing more to prove especially to random "mr. who"!!.. the guy has reached the top of the sport this forum is all about!!.. and you or me or any getbigger are just guys who like this sport, see the diff.?!..

Nasser doesnt look impressive as he once did but to be fair to him he is retired now so really no need to look like a Mr O contender.
Bobs , has he had some tears in the arm area/s ? Why have his forearms atrophied so much?

I remember a training  article way back in the mid 90's in FLEX that showed Dorian doing  decline smith machine bench. but it wasn't the exaggerated decline you always see, it was very slight.

So that's what i do sometimes...I'll put a couple of 25's under one end of a flat bench in the smith rack and do them like that. it hits my pecs very effectively.

because it's not such a steep decline that you feel un-natural and the blood is rushing to your head.

Where do you lower the bar to to really nail the tri's?
Along the edge of lower pec line or a lil bit lower say just above the nipples?

Lower pec line...I keep my thumbs about 8 inches apart and try to keep my elbows tight, but not so much that you are more worried about that than moving the weight.

With lighter weights I'll keep my grip closer and come up a little higher to get more ROM, but when you are pushing a good amount of weight you don't want to snap your wrist being a stickler for form

I was commenting on the pic you posted of his flexed bicep.
The forearm in that pic looked like it had shrunk and belonged on a 10 yo girl.
But this pic looks different you are correct.
