Still a quick comment re: Sato before sleeping. It's obvious a lot of people haven't experienced the kind of loyalty and personal hygiene from a dog Sato offers Nasser. Both Sato and Nasser are highly intelligent and unique individuals that rise miles above the average.

Take Exhibit A: Nasser is still the only bodybuilder EVER (and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong) to build a bicep perfectly following the anatomy of a female breast. I've attached a photo once again with a nipple simulation - he's truly transformed his biceps into the most beautiful form of human organ - female breast! Even a fool can see Nasser is a true genius at work and can not ever be surpassed. No wonder Team Nasser is growing so fast...!!!

Well, I have to admit I would feel it, but remember the context - Sato. Keeping all the amazing qualities that come with that dog in mind, $70k can easily be considered a bargain.

 I would rather have 70K than any dog. 7K actually.

 Where I live right now we eat dog meat. For 25 bucks I can get a whole entire dog carcass down the street from my place, 7 bucks for a dog leg, now that's good protien.

 But Muslems have been suckered into believing an illogical and crazy organized religion, which is a much worse than being a dog eater.

 No offense to you religious people. But Islam, Christianity and Judaism are all pretty damn weird religions when you stop and think about it.

 Not exactly.

 Religion can sometimes be a path to spirituality.

 Sometimes religion can be a roadblock to achieving pure spiritual progres and enlightenment.

 Islam in particular, preaches that Islam is the one and only proper religion and all others are false. Christianity teaches this as well. And I believe closed minded systems like this are an incredibly powerful roadblock to achieving true spiritual enlightenment.

 Spirituality is all about action, Religion is often all about following beliefs, blatently false beliefs. Dogma that stifles the intellect.

 Islam hs a lot of spirituality to it. But the rigid belief system within it is severly limiting.

Sorry, Sherief, but you are wrong. Religion CAN be spirituality, but it is NOT always spirituality.

Spirituality is a broad construct, and religion is just one sub-system that spirituality can manifest itself. Spirituality can take the form of many different ideas, beliefs and actions. Spirituality can manifest its through yoga, meditation, doing a good deed, contemplating the universe, etc. People define spirituality in many different ways--one can be spiritual without being religious.

Thanks for sharing Sherief!  Did you get these pictures from the magazine's at Nasser's father's vacationhome in Egypt?

I wonder if he is doing deadlifts or barbell rows with 585 there - either way that's heavy!
