You might lose 1-2# over the course of a lifetime, not like half a foot

Here are some facts. People (not those who lift weights) lose height starting at the age of 30.

Men by the age of 70 on average lose 1.2". By 80 they will have lost 2". Every decade after that, it speeds up.

Women by the age of 70 on average lose 2" and by 80 will have lost 3.25".

NOW, bodybuilders/weightlifters speed up that process and either get to the reduced height faster, or lose height due to heavy lifting/compression, PLUS loss of height by the natural aging process and deterioration of spinal fluid between discs/joints.

Get an inversion table. Spend time in a hottub. Hang from the pullup bar.
