Pats are snakebit this year, sort of like the Yankees were.

They hung on long enough until the Joba injury, but that was the one that turned out to be too much.

Thomas' injury may be the same thing for them.

Belichik drafts 1-53, I think to be 6-3 with the rash of injuries shows the depth of the team.  This is a BIG loss!

I said from the beginning that the Pats were going to be solid and that the Bills were going to falter.  Dolphins are 5-4!

Yes.  They have managed to stay competitive despite a slew of injuries.  This one could be the one that ends that.

NFC East is still the best division in football. The AFC east is still pretty damm good, though. Not only did Brett Favre make the Jets better...he also made Miami better by letting them get Pennington.
