Title: How do pro bodybuilders do it
Post by: 8 INCH not biceps on November 29, 2007, 09:22:14 AM: I have often wondered how do their bodies take all those injection shots year after year, the body only has so many injection sites and after a few years you develop scar tissue and it becomes painfull, they must have a high pain treshold.

They don't for long, competitive pro bodybuilding isn't exactly a long term career.

please always use a fresh needle, every single time. use two: one large gauge to draw the liquid into the syringe, then a smaller gauge to inject. needles are cheap and readily available. then use a gatorade bottle or other clear plastic bottle with a wide mouth to store the used ones.

I knew a guy back in NC that did this, got an abcess in his thigh, and had to have a huge chunk of meat removed. His quad will never look normal again.
