Ironically, the way he died is just about as stupid as eating an expired can of shoe polish. PED abuse doesn't become acute unless you sustain it in massive quantities for a brutal amount of time. It's something he should have seen coming a decade ago.
I find it a bit difficult to sympathize with situations like these. I do however feel sorry for his family. They're the ones that will truly suffer.

Poor nasser. He finally scraped together enough money and left the states to get away from bibobs constant phonecalls and decides to vacation in Egypt. It wasnt long before the other leach (shalaby) established contact and pestered him to buy him meals and train in roach infested gyms. Shalaby couldnt bear to share him with bibobs anymore so he made sure nasser would never leave Egypt..ever.

I was on the phone moments ago with MuscleCenter and he informed he got in good intel from Jalar Mela verga in Egypt that nasser was doing some Private Investigation and was coming back to America to bring down Popeye Arms and his claim of natural arms but it seems Popeyes people took down nasser before this investigation could be revealed

Being heavy and massive reduces ones lifespan, it's not rocket science. All internal organs have to work harder to keep the body working properly.
Mostly if high steroid intake is necessary to stay big like Nasser did.
People criticize former pro's for losing their size but being 280 with abs for decades has it's price - premature death.

Sounds plausible. If it was liver or renal failure, he would not simply suffer a sudden death in his sleep, he would be very ill for some time before dying.

According to report I got this morning he was most likely murdered. It's not confirmed yet, LOJ will confirm it in the event this is true.
If he was murdered like I was told by another LOJ top guy, then I expect LOJ himself to act swiftly.

Someone just told me that he had a heart attack while sleeping and that due to a lack of a post-mortem autopsy, it will not be feasible to get an exact cause of death.

nasser never liked creatine.. he saw it as a useless water restorer.. but i told him it worked great with me,.. he answered because i am natural so it helped me to maintain more energy.. sounds logical because i dont think roiders need creatine to increase their lifts..

Just listened to "Heavy Muscle Radio", apparently he wasn't even in EGYPT- he was in San Diego, training with Mike Torchia (ex-Mr.America) and he felt terrible pain during a workout and went to the Hospital, died on the stretcher...

They'll be lucky to cross the 50 mark before they drop dead of congestive heart failure. For others give them till 54-55, this is when the clock really starts ticking. Enlarged hearts are the primary cause that lead to stroke and congestive heart failure among BB's. Other common causes of congestive heart failure include coronary artery disease, diseases of the heart muscles, irregular heart rhythms (tachycardia), thyroid disorders, high blood pressure, drug abuse, or/and diabetes.

90% + chance his heart exploded = sudden Cardiac death (a.k.a. Ventricular Tachycardia). Normal Ventricular Tachycardia not brought under control, you have about 90-120minutes (he suffered from sudden cardiac output) before tipping over. The factors leading to tachycardia (seen it first hand multiple times) are benign, it could happen simply from picking up a fork too eat a meal to mowing the lawn.
BTW, Shalaby, he wasn't carrying that 253lb naturally.
