especially on pressing movements, don't know why but I suck ass at bench presses and movements like this.
the max I have ever done is 315 lbs x 3 and it was not good form and I was also 230lbs at the time.
-on rows I do ok, I rep 275 for 8-10 with an underhand grip.
-rack deads (from the knees), 6 plates per side for a few reps (6-7 is my max)
-squats, I don't go heavy on those anymore they kill my knees but the max I have ever done was 190kg for 1 rep. (415 lbs or so ?)
if I want to go that heavy again I would need to do nothing but squats in my leg workout and work my way up very slowly. I think that will be my next leg workout !
